For a game problem, include the puzzle date, Easy or Hard, Daily or Practice, and what happened. Your browser and device type are useful too. You can copy the words you played if they help explain the issue.

For a dictionary suggestion, include the word and a reliable dictionary reference. A word being absent is not always a bug: Wordstep uses a fixed list so everyone playing the same release follows the same rules.

Privacy and advertising

You can also use this contact for privacy questions or advertising enquiries. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. There is no contact form or file upload on this site.

To remove your saved games, use the saved-data controls. Your game progress is stored in your browser, so we cannot retrieve a lost chain from a server.
